I am not a huge fan of Anthony at this stage in his career but if we can get rid Deng's contract and get 2 great years out of Anthony I would probably do it. Anthony is still a Top 10 player Offensively too. I like Clarkson but I don't think he and Russell mesh well, that has been a problem from day 1 when we drafted Russ. That is why I wanted Okie LOL, but if we trade Clarkson maybe that will even open up Russell's game more??

I think it's a fair deal for both teams. The Knicks might want a pick, too, given the lengths of Deng's vs. Melo's contracts, but I wouldn't offer more than a second. Clarkson has a good contract by today's standards.

Ingram
Randle
Nance
Clarkson
Jodie Meeks
Nwaba
Deng
Zubac

I like your thinking, but if the Bulls knock off the Chowds, they'll all return to Chicago, including Rondo. Wade will spend the rest of his career in Chi-Town, return to the Heat or chase rings.
