Holy shit, I had the tiebreaker over Kenny?? I didn't even realize that, I thought it went by overall record? I beat him in more head to head meetings is why I had it so I won and advance to the Final 4. I thought I lost. I am glad I caught that so I could make a couple of moves and set my lineup. I play House of Payne, Nuggs advanced and he plays DNP. Come on Nuggs I want a rematch from last season . I will do my best to take this guy down. Kenny had me beat but I owned the tiebreaker without knowing it!

I am the CHAMP that wont die :LOBtrophy:

What I just pulled on Kenny was like Fish nailing that shot with .04 left against the Spurs. When I beat Nuggs last season that was more like Horry against the Kings! House of Payne is going to be a bitch to beat, he has dominated all season but I am the Champ until someone takes it from me. Just have to keep making great decisions and let the cards fall where they fall. I barely beat Ken in Points and I have players like Will Barton to thank for that. I feel pretty good and feel like I can beat anyone at this point. Nuggs scares me more than anyone but what else is new :scared2:

I have Steph and as long as I got him I love my chances - he led my team last season. This season I have to say has been cute though, hard to find any real consistency.

DNP has the tie breaker with me 'cause he pounded me the 2 meetings we had during the season. He has a not injured All Star team, so it doesn't look good for me. Thomas needs to get off the canvas for me to even have a slight chance. LAC play 5 times this week, but nobody left to ghet.

Nah, you will win IMO, you always do :roflmao: I feel bad for Kenny actually because he was so much better than me all season. In our 2 meetings I beat him 7-3 and he beat me 6-4 but also Points scored is factored in as the next tiebreaker and I had him there. I looked all of this up.

Weird and wild end to this season . . we'll have to invite Payne and DNP back for next year to see if they're legit or just got blessed. Good luck to you 3Peat and Nuggs, I really thought Miles was going to be in it, but as we watch these editorials on ESPN about coaches sitting stars late in the season, you never know. Almost time to start talking about who might be in P & G next season . . .

I am pretty confident Nuggs and I will pull it off but if House beats me I will be kind in my loss. Nuggs rarely loses any battle, I still cant believe I beat him last season. A lot of it was luck and I had to beat him to the punch in getting players off the waiver wire at times. Steph played out of his ass last season too and I had a stacked team last season. Nuggs and I aren't letting new comers come in here and win this thing, I know how competitive Nuggs is and I am on a mission to defend my Championship now, now that they gave the decision to me over Kenny. To be honest I thought this was Ken's year, he was Great all season. Miles was Very Good all season but he ran into to Nuggs.

So far so good after day 1. I am up 5-4-1 over House but it's early. Damn it Kenny you signed Willy Barton, he has been my ol faithful off the waiver wire every other day :roflmao:

I will say this I am glad House and DNP played this season. It added more competition and Kenny, Rev, and Miles took this serious too, Nuggs is Nuggs as well. I barely squeezed into the Playoffs as I had no room for error. Had Rev tied me 5-5 he would've been in and I won that 6-4. Then Ken and I had a tough battle in Round 1 where it ended 5-5 but luckily I had the tiebreaker. So far in the 3 years I have done this my results look like this:
102-106-2 (21 weeks of play) (lost in Final 4 out of 8 teams)
110-76-4 (19 weeks of play) (won the Championship out of 8 teams), Nuggs and Rev both were really great last season.
86-100-4 (19 weeks of play) (currently in the Final 4 out of 8 teams, result to be determined)
298-282-10
-I have been in the Final 4 every season we have done this. House went 116-73-1 this season, he should beat me realistically but you never know. If I beat him, it would be the equivalent of when the Nuggets beat the Sonics in the 1994 Playoffs when the Nuggets were an 8 Seed and Sonics were a 1.

I am down 7-3 but only down 1 in FTsmade (40-39) and 1 in Rebounding (82-81). House is up 256-242 in Points so that is close as well. I have 10 players playing tonight so we will see. I need those 3 categories or my reign is over. I am looking good in the Turnover, FT%, and 3ptsmade.

*I see Nuggs and DNP are all dead even at 5-5. Nuggs who has the tiebreaker between you 2?

I Am unsure how the the breaker works with DNP. I won 7-3 and he pounded me 1-9 the second time we met................... He got a huge lead in assists which is always a weak category for me. It will be very difficult to beat him with his guys playing so well in two more categories, because I always lose TOs. Reddick helped me off the wire last night for 3 quarters he played, but hard to imagine that continuing.

I am behind in my other league also, which I hate because we sit half our players every night - hard to know which to play from night to night - won't join that one again. The idiot who started the league changed the league settings radically the day of the draft and has 2 day waivers and crap like that in addition to 8 players playable per day.

I actually think the way you run our league is perfect. If you want to get rid of Turnovers next season, I would be ok with it though. 8 teams is perfect, it is enough and not too much. 6 teams making the Playoffs is perfect too instead of all 8 because you at least have to try to get in. I think after tonight I should be fine, I have 10 players playing and should be able to overtake at least the FTSmade and Rebounding categories. I am down 14 in Points but that isn't much either.

I'll need to beat DNP outright, as he has the tie-breaker, per Yahoo:

"If a Fantasy Basketball or Hockey playoff game ends in a tie, the deadlock is broken (and a winner is declared) based on:

Head-to-Head (best win-loss-tie percentage in regular season games between the teams)
Overall playoff seed (highest seed wins)
Head-to-Head (standard) League winning percentage
In leagues using standard Head-to-Head scoring (all Public and Pro Leagues), winning percentage is based on each team's stat category wins and losses, not overall matchup wins and losses.

For example, let's say that the 2 teams matched up against each other 3 times during the regular season.

Matchup Winner Final Score
1st Matchup Batum Shakalaka 9-3-1
2nd Matchup Hold the O.J. Mayo 6-4-3
3rd Matchup Batum Shakalaka 7-5-1
Batum Shakalaka won 20 total stat categories (9+4+7), Hold the O.J. Mayo won 14 total stat categories (3+6+5), and the teams tied 5 times (each worth 0.5 per team).

Since Batum Shakalaka won/tied a higher percentage (.577) of the stat categories in the matchups (20 wins + 2.5 for ties = 22.5 / 39 total), they'd win the tiebreaker."

I had 2 meetings vs Kenny and I beat him 7-3 and he beat me 6-4, we split. He had a better overall record but I guess I won the tiebreaker because my win was better vs him in the Regular Season? Is that what you are saying?
