You have to gather the talent and make it work. Without the talent, you have no chance at that. Moves can be made, but talent tells and talent attracts more talent. Who knows whether he wants any part of us anyway. I've read that he has loyalty to the Raptors, so just like Kyle Lowry, he can opt out and re-sign with them. I'm not going to get excited about high level free agents until it becomes realistic. Cap space without existing talent on the roster means shit these days.
