I am ok with Kawhi Leonard going to the Clippers. We needed too fill out our roster with good depth to put around LeBron and AD. We got Danny Green which was critical and we are also bringing back KCP and McGee. So we now are filling out our roster nicely.

Paul George going to the Clippers is what actually makes them dangerous because that gives them 2 superstars and they have Lou Williams. Leonard without George weren't beating us IMO. I still don't think they beat us because we have Green now. Thunder fans are probably wondering what the hell? Lakers and Clippers both are going to be loaded.

We have a hell of a team now with:
LeBron
AD
Kuzma
Green
KCP
McGee
-All on the roster. Truth be told, Paul George in the 1st place nor Kawhi Leonard never wanted to play with LeBron. I really believe that. George knew that Magic wanted LeBron. They want to try and beat him. Our FO had nothing to do with neither not coming here, Magic had nothing to do with it. People that think that are way off base. Once Magic got LeBron, he was trying to trade for AD. Rob got AD and we were able to keep Kuzma as well. By the way it was Magic's idea to draft Kuzma as well.

Effin' Clippers. With Houston and Golden State faltering, it looks like the two L.A. teams will try to battle for Western superiority. Effin' Ballmer. What money can buy. Clipper "fans" still get beat up wearing those ugly jerseys around town.

Can we win the championship with this lineup?

PG Quinn Cook - great 3 point shooter. Can run the point.
SG Danny Green - great 3 point shooter. I see him making 3 3's nightly on average.
SF LeBron James - He will be 25/8/8 nightly.
PF Anthony Davis - great rim protector and he will be 25 and 12 nightly.
C Javale McGee - good rim protector and can score 10 a game.
6th man Kyle Kuzma - I smell 6th man OTY coming! He will give us 15 nightly.
7th man KCP - glad he is back, very athletic and young.
8th man Troy Daniels - He can flat out shoot the 3.

-I say hell yes. Alone we will get 50 points between LeBron and Davis every night. We need to bring in Kyle Korver for the cherry on top of the Sundae . Fuck the Clippers, I say bring it on. They have nobody that can guard Davis. Keeping Kyle Kuzma in the Davis deal was crucial and signing Danny Green was huge.

I was never of the opinion that getting a 3rd max player was doable or smart. We see when one of those goes down how devastating it can be. Better to spread that money on several good talent players that want to play for the P&G, although that has not been the case for several years................ Let's see what our FO can get in the open market, now.

I agree 100%. Fuck Leonard, we do not need him to win it all and we just signed Green and Cook. LeBron will out play Leonard when playoff time happens. LeBron may be older but he still has plenty left in the tank for a year or 2. The Clippers have nobody that can guard Davis inside.

We just signed Cousins and re-signed Rondo. Turn out the lights the party is over!

with Kuzma, Cook, Pope, and McGee coming off the bench. We are loaded baby! When it comes to the Clippers, the Clippers have nobody that can stop Davis that is where we have them. Leonard and LeBron offset each other IMO. They will try and out shoot us with Lou Williams but Danny Green is a great 3 point shooter. Paul George concerns me a bit but he has moments where he melts down when it counts. Rondo and Beverly is a wash. Between Cousins and Kuzma we can match George's scoring.

I agree, that is what it was a complete sabbotage by Leonard. He was never coming here but we got the last laugh by signing Green and Cousins. Rob had a Plan B and was ready. I am pumped for this season to start. Some people can pick the Clippers all they want, I believe with our roster that we have now we will win it all if LeBron is normal LeBron. Leonard is a great player but everyone knows if the Warriors would've been 100% healthy, there was no way Toronto wins that series. They were missing Durant and Thompson both lol. LeBron is going to be on a mission this year to prove to everyone that keeps saying Leonard is the best player in the league is wrong.

I have never been a huge LeBron fan but I am a Lakers fan so LeBron is on my team. He is arguably a top 5 ever and all Leonard did was wake up a sleeping Grizzly Bear in LeBron and the Lakers. I am sure Davis will be motivated too, he has never won a championship.

I will never say another bad thing about Rob again or Jeanie. Rob brought good players in and has done a terrific job this free agency. He worked the Salary Cap perfectly. It is on the players now to perform and bring home #17. Nobody should bad mouth Magic either, reason why LeBron, Kuzma, and McGee are Lakers is because of Magic. Magic can have the biggest mouth in the world and I could care less. We have the team now to win it all.
