Heart of a Champion is right! Lawler's Law was broken by these beasts!! What an emotional rollercoaster. I feel horrible for KD.

Sorry I've been absent lately. Work is busy and caring for Merry is exhausting. I'm one of these people who believes that Anthony Davis will be traded elsewhere despite Woj's "leader in the clubhouse" comment. He hates the Lakers and the Lakers fanbase, so I think his comments were designed to get Lakers fans all jacked up. But that's just me.

I hope everyone is doing well!

You guys are sounding like Warriors bandwagoners :pissedkobe: :snapout: :waaaaa: I can imagine Lew sporting a Klay jersey by now, everybody done gave in to the current wave. KD got what he asked for -- two rings and two bad injuries. He better be on the red phone to Kobe right now.

I figured you were busy with work Kenny, big case, etc.. Unless you go like 2 months without posting I won't worry too much about you. If you go 2 months or so without posting I would call you at that point because that is a while. "Lawler's Law" BINGO!

Nah, I do respect that team but it would be neat if the Raptors pull this out. I have no dog in the fight. Only teams I pull for are the Lakers (fan since 1977), Colts (fan since 1984), and Cubs (fan since 1984) as far as being a diehard. I always like seeing the Pacers do well too.

Nah. Let me be clear. I'm rooting hard for the Raptors, but I'm still an objective observer of sports and the older I get, the more appreciative I am of greatness. There is no denying that the Splash Brothers are greatest shooting backcourt of all-time and in a game like that, those back-to-back-to back threes were awfully impressive given the intensity of the defense. We're just giving credit where it's due. Hopefully, Kawhi & Company close them out at Oracle tonight.

Yeah same here. You know me, I appreciate greatness and history. What the Warriors did the other night was pure greatness with Curry and Klay. Durant even playing showed heart and he looked great early on. He gave them a Willis Reed kind of spark. I want the Raps to win this though. I want the Lakers to be the last team to 3Peat which was in 2002

No 3Peat, dynasty is over! Congrats to the Raptors 2019 NBA Champs.

As a Lakers fan I am happy for players like Shaq, Kobe, Horry, and Fish. That 2000-2002 team can pop the Champagne again lol. They are the last team to 3Peat in 2002. Phil can break out his Cigar and Scotch and say I am the master of the 3Peat. as I am breaking out the Crown toasting the 2002 Lakers team.

Only team in Cali that 3Peat's is the Lakers baby! 3Peat, 3Peat, 3Peat. Shaq, Kobe, Horry, and Fish with Phil coaching. When will these NBA experts learn that the Lakers still rule! We took out the Queens and Vlade who said "with HCA nobody can beat us". Wrong Vlade, you ran into Shaq and Kobe! The Queens also had Webber, Bibby, and Stojakovic - they still couldn't beat us. In 2002 the Nets was just a Jr Whopper in the Finals, that was an easy 4-0 series but we beat a Whopper in the WCFinals. That took 7. :drinkdrunk: . I always brag about the 80's Lakers but the 2000-2002 Lakers were pretty much just as great. The 2001 Lakers were clowning teams in the playoffs. Game 4 of the 2002 WCFinals when Horry hit that buzzer beater 3 to tie the series at 2-2 was such a huge shot vs the Queens. Thank God for Mr Clutch!

3Peatkb24 lives forever as the last 3Peat team in 2002.

Congrats to the Raptors, the only team who let an opposing player go off for 81 points in the modern era!

HUGE bummer for KD and especially Klay, but the rumors are that both will be offered 5 year max contracts this summer. This dynasty is NOT over, folks.

True but they are getting older. And the rest of the league is getting better. Let’s see how they comeback coming off of career like ending injuries and facing better competition

All that matters to me is no 3Peat for the Warriors Kenny. The 2002 Lakers with Shaq, Kobe, Horry, Fish, and Fox coached by Phil 3Peated. Warriors will never do it despite stacking the deck. LeBron never has done it either. The 80's Lakers never did it either but they had Bird to deal with so that is understandable. The 80's Lakers at least repeated, Spurs never have done that under POPS.

What the hell was Klay thinking trying to dunk that??? Can't feel too sorry for a 6'8" guy who only knows how to shoot threes . . what a complete breakdown by the Warriors -- and an incredibly strong showing by the first-time Raptors!

Next season is going to be very interesting.
