3Peat's early predictions for the NBA

Here's who I think will be the Top 5 Seeds in each Conference and my projected record for them:

The Eastern Conference
#1 Seed will be the Celtics, projected record = 60-22
#2 Seed will be the Raptors, projected record = 55-27
#3 Seed will be the Sixers, projected record = 54-28
#4 Seed will be the Pacers, projected record = 51-31
#5 Seed will be the Wizards, projected record = 47-35
-I have Celtics vs Raptors in the ECFinals and the Celtics winning 4-2. Celtics will be your Eastern Conference Champions! Picking the Raptors to do so well is me banking on Leonard being healthy and playing like he did 2 years ago. That could blow up in my face though?? The Sixers and Pacers both will be strong teams too. The East has 4 legit Very Good teams.

The Western Conference
#1 Seed will be the Warriors, projected record = 61-21
#2 Seed will be the Rockets, projected record = 58-24
#3 Seed will be the Lakers, projected record = 52-30
#4 Seed will be the Jazz, projected record = 51-31
#5 Seed will be the Thunder, projected record = 50-32
-I have Warriors vs Lakers in the WCFinals and the Warriors winning 4-2. Warriors will be your Western Conference Champions! The Lakers will make it competitive vs the Warriors but in the end I still believe the Warriors are the best team in Basketball. The Lakers are 1 year away IMO. The Rockets will be Very Good again but I can picture the Lakers upsetting them in Round 2. Teams like the Jazz and Thunder are solid but I can't see either advancing past Round 2.

The NBA Finals: Warriors over Celtics 4-3! Warriors will be your NBA Champions again with a 3Peat.
4 best Titles- 1988 Repeat Lakers/2002 3Peat Lakers/2006 Colts/2016 Cubs

If the Warriors are good enough to make it back to the Finals, they'll devour the Celtics. 4-1 at best, and that's with the Dubs having an off-game.
