Celtics are one scary group! Now up 2-0 on LeBron. I highly doubt the Cavs come back and win that series. They looked gassed to me! LeBron scored 42 Points and shot over 50%, Love had 22 Points/15 Rebounds and shot 50% and they still got blown out. Teams that go up 2-0 in any series in NBA history win 94% of the time. I think the Fat Lady is tuning up loudly regarding the Cavs being done.

I wonder where LeBron will take his talents to after Boston eliminates the Cavs.

LeBron's only chance to win 1 more Ring is to take his talents to Houston, TX :roflmao:. After the Warriors dispose of the Rockets, Rockets will figure they need him and he needs them. That is LeBron's only chance to win another Ring because the Warriors will still beat anyone else he goes too. Boston already has 3 other guys that can play SF and just signed Hayward to a huge deal so they wont even pursue him. No need too, they are borderline Great without LeBron. If LeBron goes to Philly, they still wouldn't be better than Warriors so what's the use.

I don't think he'll leave the East and the Warriors are such a fine tuned machine that no matter what anyone does, it will be tough to beat them. They're a dynasty. The Celtics, on the other hand ... OMG. FUCK! They're getting Hayward and Kyrie back next season and have PLENTY to trade for Kawhi Leonard.

Both series are now 2-2. I love it, I hope both go 7 games so we have something special to watch. I am not a fan of any of these 4 teams unfortunately. I hate the Celtics, hate LeBron the player, cant stand watching Harden flop either, and if the Warriors lose it would just be neat because nobody expects it. If someone put a gun to my head and ask me, who would you prefer to win it all? I would say Houston. Houston hasn't won a Title since 1995 and it would be different. It would throw a wrench in the Warriors dynasty and that would mean the Celtics and LeBron lose again! So yeah at this point I have to root for the Flopper and freakin CP3 . I do like Coach D'Antoni though, I think he is comical in his press conferences. Hey, maybe it's time for him to win one? He has been to the Conference Finals a lot, just has never got over that hump.

Finally a great game last night. Is the injury bug catching up to the Warriors? Will Iggy be healthy for Game 5? Klay? Can LeBron pick one off in Boston and close out in Cleveland?

Who gives a fuck. I can't wait for the draft, then July 1st.

My wife came home directly from the ICU on Monday and is doing well, relatively speaking. She's the Eight Wonder of the World. I would have checked out to listen to Chick announce basketball games!

I hear ya Ken. I don't like any of the 4 teams in it right now but do want to see some great Game 6's and 7's. Glad your wife is doing better.

To follow this up, the only 2 teams I even care about are the Lakers and Pacers. Lakers of course as they are my #1, Pacers #2 because they are here in Indy and have a likeable team. With the Lakers not making the Playoffs my balloon was already half out of air, then when the Pacers lost Game 7 to the Cavs my balloon fizzled out of air! Since Round 2, I haven't watched a lot of these games in full. I check in on them and see who's winning at times but really haven't watched a full game all the way through. For example, I totally missed Game 3 of the Cavs/Celtics game because it came on too late Saturday night, I had to go to bed due to working at 5am on Sunday morning. I didnt even know who won until I woke up on Sunday.

-Victor Oladipo made 1st Team All-Defense! Congrats to him. He is also favored to win Most Improved Player. That is a very productive season to go along with his All-Star appearance and Playoff appearance.

Warriors lose in humdrum fashion, Celts win in humdrum fashion. Can't believe 1) this Boston squad is one win away from the Finals, and 2) Chris Paul is finding ways NOT to choke.

Klay and Iggy questionable for Game 5, meaning if they play they won't be 100%. As Sam used to say HEALTH is the most important thing and the Rockets have the clear advantage in that department now.

-The Celtics I clearly underestimated. I had them beating the Bucks in Round 1 because of the way they play Defense and the Brad Stevens factor but had them losing to Philly in Round 2. I honestly thought the only team that could beat the Cavs in the East was the Pacers when the Playoffs started. Nobody gave them a chance going into that but I had watched them play all season and knew how Good they were. Like the Celtics they play Great Defense and had a SuperStar that was healthy in Oladipo. They also had the Big's to disrupt the Cavs. If Kyrie was playing this Celtics/Cavs series would already be over IMO. The Celtics lack a SuperStar without Kyrie but it's their Defense and Coaching that is on a different level than any other team in the East. Unfortunately the Celtics will be Very Good to Great now for probably the next decade while our Lakers have had their head in the sand since 2011. At least now with Magic running things and our young players getting experience the future looks better.

-I still think the Warriors will win their series but if they lose tonight, I give the Rockets a 50/50 chance if they go up 3-2.

Chris Paul comes up lame off of a no-contact hamstring pull . . very weird injury. His presence has helped propel the Rockets (no pun) to the verge of their first Finals since the 90's -- but if he's out for Game 6 and a possible 7, the Warriors gain a nice advantage.

As for LeBron and Co. (what happened to Clarkson?), they may have hit a wall. We'll see what happens. It would be cool to see the Cavs win these next two and the Rockets take out the Warriors - Harden vs. LeBron would be great for ratings!

CP3 most likely out for Game 6 is the latest word. Iggy most likely to play in Game 6. It will come down to a Game 7 and the Warriors will win IMO. This reminds me of the Lakers/Kings series in 2002, the better team will prevail in the end by a hair. Warriors know how to win Championships, Rockets don't much like the 2002 Kings didn't and CP3 is now gimpy.
