True Lakers Fans

Looks like Nuggs is going to beat the early frontrunner Picadelphia! I'm still feeling cheated because I was up 8-1 on the Friday of my last week . . it's tough to believe all those stats swung like that but what can ya do? Can't believe I haven't won one yet!

Yeah Nuggs has this Championship in the refrigerator. No way he blows a 6-2 lead with 1 day left. I still can't believe I lost by .1 in 2 different categories. Having said that I doubt I would've beat Nuggs this year anyway. He had a better roster than me.

In the 5 years we have done this, the winners have been:
2015 - Nuggs
2016 - 3Peat
2017 - House of Pain
2018 - 3Peat
2019 - Nuggs
Nuggs and I have 2 apiece. House of Pain sneaked up in there and won in 2017.

Got the despite some bad performances on the last day. Had a big lead in several categories that held up. Having Harden this year helped with points, obviously. Chris Paul was a bit disappointing however.........

The biggest hint I can give everyone is to optimize your rotations by having 3-4 mediocre but decent guys you can rotate from game to game. That gives you many more man-games for stats.

I continue to lose all the shooting percentage categories and have no clue how to fix that..............

Not sure if I'll be around next year for this, but keepin' the faith for now.

I wish we could get more participation in this FBB and our blog. The Kobe influence on Lakerdom is more obvious the further we get away from the reign of the Mamba. He made it fun for me.

I am outta here for South America soon, but will try to update the site starting May-June.`

Yeah the key to winning it all is to pick players up daily and drop a couple that aren't playing on that particular day. You build in each category all week doing that. You sacrifice FG% and FT% and 3point% by doing that but you normally win at least 5 categories by being super active by picking up players. Problem I had this season was my key guys were injured like Oladipo and few others that would've given much more help.

Four teams makes for pretty stacked lineups. As for the time, 7:30 or 8pm would be better for me.

I will probably let auto-draft do mine anyway. I have done that the last 2 years as I feel like a college coach getting new recruits lol. It is just fun for me doing it that way now after all these years. Friday is fine when Rev wants to do it. I am off this weekend for a change coming up so anytime Saturday would be good too.

If we only have 4 teams in it, that actually would make it great. 4 teams would be completely stacked playing against one another taking it serious. How fun would that be? Very fun. Best regular season record would still get tiebreaks in the playoffs. That is very important if you are in the playoffs and end up 4-4-1 for example against someone. That would give a player incentive to be 1st in the regular season.
