That's my Kenny! I have all the faith in the world you will too. Even when you are not into it much I know how smart you are and dangerous your teams can be when you do give 100% into the league. You, Craig, and Rev are always dangerous IMO. Nuggs is the KING at this and it took everything I had to beat him last season. I had to give 110% to this last season like make the right moves when the clock struck midnight and keep my lineup set daily to beat him and I barely beat him. You give Nuggs 1 inch it's over.

I will try to get into it, but without Kobe, more significant health problems, City Council wars, household rebuilds, etc. I am very distracted. Hard to imagine me doing anything like past seasons. The season starts when? :punkincarv:

I have Curry and Melo playing tonight. Knicks at Cavs and Spurs at Warriors are playing tonight, so are Jazz at Blazers. Lakers season starts tomorrow.

I hope you're doing better, Nuggz. FYI, Lazenby's biography of Kobe, "Showboat", is out, if you want your Kobe fix.

So far Andrew is kicking my ass but after being in this for 2 years I know it's a marathon not a sprint. After winning last season I am basically playing with house money anyway is the way I am looking at it. I would love to win 2 in a row but if it doesn't happen, it doesn't happen. I took a lot of time out of what I was doing last season to stay on top of things every week - making the right moves and be on it right at midnight LOL, so not sure I can match that this season. Had I slipped up even once Nuggs would've Repeated. I also am going back to College to finish up my Degree in January so I will be real busy after the holidays. I see Davis scored 50 Points and racked up all kinds of other crazy stats for Kenny, this may be the year of the Ken if Davis stays healthy!

Looking over everyone's lineup, I can see that some teams are a little better-stocked than others - or at least that's the way it looks "on paper". I also see some injured players who need to be swapped out for healthy ones - unless that's intentional because the player is good and will return soon. I'm trying to get Miles to stay up on his roster and drop the injured Marcus Smart, but he's a busy 19-yr old and of course has a million things on his mind at any given time. His squad is good, so if he stays diligent he should have some success.

Who's "DNP-CD"?

Miles will have fun once he gets into it.

We have 2 new guys who came in from the outside world. I opened it up so we could get more active players and maybe it will work better this year for competition. He knows the other newbie. They are not necessarily Laker fans...............dunno............

Hey, they don't have to be Laker fans . . just NBA fans. We've never frowned on legit fans of other teams (post-decision Heat fans excluded) since the ESPN Hollinger Page days. It's only myopic and GHE Laker fans we tend to go to war with :boxin: heh heh heh.

So far I stink but I haven't paid too much attention to this other than setting my lineup. I will get it going in a few weeks. As long as I make the Playoffs in the end I will be fine.

I won this week. All I have to do is half ass try. No way was I losing to the team I gave up. When midnight strikes better be up when the clock strikes 12. I am pissed now and focused :pissedkobe: Back to Back coming soon. I didn't even try the 1st 2 weeks just so I can have a challenge. Nuggs is the only one that scares me, when I take on House of Payne again he is in for a rude awakening.

I figured my good ol fashion trash talk would bring Nuggs out of the wordwork to Post :roflmao: I am playing him this week but didn't get any responses. Truth be told my team hasn't been good so far and I barley beat that DNC guy but I got a win. Ken has been kicking ass.

Not really a trash talker, but super busy and mentally involved in major surgery and recovery starting Monday, so not much energy for FBB this year, so far. Have watched about 1/3 of Laker games.

I'll be lucky just to set lineups occasionally...................... :santa2:

So far through Wednesday night, Nuggs and I are in a heated battle. I have made as many moves as I can just to keep up. I am up 5-4-1 but I doubt it lasts. He still has Westbrook 2 more times and his lineup is loaded.

I'm dealing with some key injuries, but I'll be back in it. Great start for Ken and 3 though, the NBA is definitely alive this year :threadjacked:
