Yes, this Warriors team is one of the greatest ever assembled, but the Cavs shot 44% from the field, including 27% from beyond the arc. Credit the Warriors defense? It would have been cool to see this series go at least 6 games, but hey -- the Warriors SHOULD be going for a threepeat on Friday, so their impetus to get it over with is understood. Two months until football

These last 3 Finals have worked out well for me history wise. Warriors have blocked LeBron twice from winning otherwise he would have 5 Rings and people would look at him much differently, maybe as the GOAT which he clearly isn't = 3-5 in Finals. Also by LeBron winning last season, the Warriors aren't going for a 3Peat which is a great thing because I want to keep it as the 2002 Lakers being the last team to do so.

Not 1 Not 2 Not 3 Not 4 Not 5 Not 6 Not 7 Not 8 and I really mean that :roflmao:. Look guys LeBron is a Beast and I would say Top 10 player of all-time but he is overrated by the media and his fanboys. He is not the GOAT or even Top 5 for that matter. You know why he isn't because I say so "lol4: and I am the King of lists :silly3: :beavis: 3-5 in Finals says so and so does having Jordan, Magic, Kareem, Wilt, and Kobe in the league says so! Go Warriors tonight!

Didn't happen tonight but it will. Still up 3-1 and going back home now and the Warriors have their full Roster in tact unlike last season. The only headline here is, Warriors didn't go undefeated.

Ughhhh . . all these new-to-winning Warriors fans crying about the refs. LeBron and his crew just went out and TOOK the game, no excuses. And Dubs fans are nervous because they know the Cavs can reel off another couple wins.

It will be over Monday. This Warriors team is better than last years. Durant will end it Monday.

Yes Sir. Man this shit is Great isn't it! Ok, I would've looked like a fool had LeBron won this year saying he isn't a Top 5 player of all-time. I think I am validated after this season. He is Top 10 all-time/best player today and one of the GOAT's but Top 5 all-time he isn't. I question whether or not he is even better than Larry Bird at times still. When Bird was peaking roughly 1984-1987, not sure? He isn't better than Jordan, Magic, Kareem, Wilt, or Kobe that much I can say without even hesitation. When it comes to Duncan/Shaq/Bird/Russell - that is like a toss up regarding LeBron. LeBron IMO is in that group which isn't a diss, that is a special group too. How about Durant? What does this do for his legacy? He got some bling now :kingclaphands:

Here you go Ken, an in depth look at arguably the Top 10 players ever regarding their Finals record - Wins is first, then winning % is 2nd in these rankings:
1. Bill Russell 11-1 (91.7%)
2. Michael Jordan 6-0 (100%)
3. Kareem Abdul-Jabbar 6-4 (60%)
4. Timmy Duncan 5-1 (83.3%)
5. Kobe Bean Bryant 5-2 (71.4%)
6. Magic Johnson 5-4 (55.6%)
7. Shaq O'Neal 4-2 (66.7%)
8. Larry Bird 3-2 (60%)
9. LeBron James 3-5 (37.5%)
10. Wilt Chamberlain 2-4 (33.3%)
-Only Wilt was worse than LeBron out of these 10 players but LeBron is the only player to lose 5 out of these players!

LeBron is lucky. If not for a Ray Allen dagger and a Draymond suspension he could easily be 1-7. I think he is top 5 now. Basketball is a little different from football in regards to championships cementing your legacy. I don't hold Bill Russell's championships in the same regard as others because of the era. I mean he won them yes, but that doesn't make him anywhere near the best center. IMO

It's tough to compare ERA's as well. When we did our all-time Draft by the time I picked I could've took Russell but took Shaq instead because of his size. I used to rank Russell real high when I did my Top 10 rankings because of his Rings but the more I studied the situation and studied the Stats I have Russell outside of my Top 5. My Top 5 is kind of Laker loaded so some may think I am bias but I still maintain a legit Top 5 would be Jordan 1, Magic 2, Kareem 3, Wilt 4, and Kobe 5. Wilt's best years were in Philly actually so it's not overly Laker loaded in reality, Kareem also had great years in Milwaukee. After that Top 5, 6-10 is a crapshoot between Russell/Duncan/Shaq/Bird and LeBron. Big O just misses my Top 10.

Ray Allen shuffled his feet on that dagger, but once again it was someone not named LeBron James taking/making the big shot.
