I haven't read anything from her other than mentioning Woj. Perhaps the idea is that if PG comes and they can't pair him with another superstar, Hill could return. Otherwise, I don't see how that plays here. If we can get Hill for our 17 mil cap space, then I can see signing Tyler Ennis to a one year deal with our Room Exception (2.66 mil) and sniff around for another shooting guard for the league minimum as all the money dries up. Man, do I hope this (and not Rondo) happens.

Annnnd there you have it. It sounds like he is using us for leverage for a better deal in Denver.

Yeah I would love to get him. He would fit in fantastic for 1 year anyway. Hard to believe him and I went to the same college. He has never been Great but is definitely on the Good level, at times in Indy he was Very Good.

I just like the fit. Mentor for Lonzo. Start with him and spaces the floor along with Brook Lopez. Solid defender to guard the point guards while Lonzo guards the off guards. Makes for a nice three guard rotation with Clarkson. PLEASE!

Yeah I would be pretty impressed if we pulled this off. That is a nice 3 Guard Rotation in Lonzo, Hill, and Clarky. Clarky FWIW is borderline Good IMO, Hill is Good and a VET, and I think Lonzo is the real deal. We would get pretty solid Guard play with those 3.

Yeah, I figured it was a long shot anyway. BREAKING NEWS - THE PUKES ARE ABOUT TO SIGN GORDON HAYWARD. That isn't good! I just now read on ESPN.com that he chose Boston. Had to be the Brad Stevens factor. The Jazz just lost George Hill and Gordon Hayward in the same day.

As for Gordon Hayward, I hate to say it, but he made the right decision. It's the perfect fit for him and a clear path to the Finals as LeBron ends his career in Cleveland next season and joins Paul George on the Lakers.

Note: I thought "GH" meant George Hill in that tweet! :rofl4:

He'll be a Chowd though. Probably didn't like the way it was leaked.

He has been such a great Role Player his whole career, unstoppable at times when he's rolling. Hard to believe he is 37 years old. I would take him for 1 year though. He still plays like he's 30.

So would I. I just don't believe anything anymore when it comes to leaks like this. We have 17 mil in cap space, so the purpose of this could be just like George Hill, which is to drive the price up one he's a free agent. That might not even happen. He has two years and a shitload left on his contract and the word is that Atlanta would prefer to trade him. For a guy who never won a ring, he's much more like.y to wind up with the Warriors on a minimum deal than to come to a bottom feeder.

I honestly wouldn't blame Crawford if he went to the Warriors like West did for cheap. Crawford has been one of the best Role Players in his generation but lacks a Ring. David West was a Very Good player period and was comparable to someone like Pau in his Prime, meaning easily could be the 2nd best player on a Championship team. He said the hell with it and took a Mill a year to get a Ring.

It's official, Hayward signs with Boston. He isn't PG though or even Butler so I am not sold they can get by the Cavs but this saved Danny Ainge's ass because he was whiffing on everything from Durant last year to not getting PG or Butler. I feel sorry for a team like the Jazz, everytime they get something good going players leave :roflmao:. It happened when Williams and Boozer was there and they lost in the WCFinals in 2007. Now they lose Hayward and Hill. Stockton and Malone have to be laughing at this silly generation. Problem is, Stock and Malone never won a Championship so that franchise might as well close up shop! OKC will definitely be in Round 2 now.
