Patrick Patterson just signed with OKC, perfect replacement for Taj Gibson. That dude is a bruiser :roflmao: I am Thunder Struck, yeah, yeah, yeah, Thunder Struck. WCFinals here they come Kirby. Ok I am joking, maybe I am not :pissedkobe: Warriors even better watch it, Westbrook and PG might shock the world!

I have a feeling we're going to get stuck with him, but I agree. We haven't heard Arron Afflalo's name mentioned. Why not him or Jamal Crawford if he gets bought out and Tyler Ennis? Nobody's making us spend the 17.3 mil. I don't see the rush or the big deal.

pg: Lonzo, Clarkson, Ennis
sg: Clarkson, Afflalo or Crawford, Hart, Nwaba (Ingram can even play some shooting guard).

Seems like enough to me.

There are actually some interesting options still available. Check out the Free Agent Tracker:

I still don't believe it. Although I will admit that Utah and Memphis have been weakened. Still a 4th seed knocked out in second round by GS

I am just not sold on the CP3 trade to Houston. That has chemistry disaster written all over it. Harden played Point last season and CP3 is aging a bit. D'Antoni's Coaching in the Playoffs is iffy as well. The Spurs are always dangerous I give you that but Aldridge is very inconsistent and Pau, Parker, and Manu need a retirement home. I think OKC has a solid Roster and they are all young. Chemistry wise PG looks like the perfect fit for Westbrook and Adams and Kanter both are young Good Big's. Patterson is Above Average at worse. I think the key for the Thunder is to stay out of the Warriors bracket OBVIOUSLY, if they do that I like them in the WCFInals to face the Warriors.

-Glad you responded as I am just having fun with this because I like PG and I actually like Westbrook. I felt bad for Westbrook when Durant left so since we didn't get PG, I am happy he went to OKC.

I honestly never thought we would make a big splash in this Free Agency. 2018 (next summer) is the summer.

Rob and Magic SAID that they were sitting it out for the most part, but that doesn't mean that they aren't going to pull off a trade or two. It's a long summer; this time period is just riddled with fan anxiety. Apparently, Jamal Crawford and the Lakers don't have the "mutual interest" that we thought. An interesting player who is still out there is Kentavius-Caldwell Pope. The Pistons are now "hard capped" (I think that means they can't offer him much (Room Exception?) and there's not much of a difference between him and Waiters and he has been an NBA starting shooting guard the past three seasons, so maybe he's a possibility with our cap space. Who knows Pelinka said they are going to be "smart aggressive," what ever that means.

I was hoping for George Hill eventhough I knew that was a longshot. He would've helped Lonzo out a lot. Now at this point no matter who we get it wont matter much. Crawford would be nice as well but I don't see that either. 2018 will be much more fun, that is where I will be really nervous and where Magic and Rob can make their mark.

Stay tuned. There will be some more fireworks this summer, just not big splashes!

I hope so, wouldn't doubt it with Magic in the office. We will see but next summer there is going to be a tons of Good to Great players available. I am ok with it because nobody is beating the Warriors anyway :roflmao:

Almost assuredly someone will offer him a more attractive multi-year deal.
