The 2017 Salary Cap is 94,000,000 for teams. Explain to me how the Cavs Roster makes 136,000,000? That means they are over the Cap by 42,000,000. How's that possible? If they can go way over why don't other teams just do it? The Lakers are right at 94,000,000 regarding their Roster. What this tells me is Dan Gilbert is willing to go way over to build a Championship team and pay the taxes/penalty, we aren't.
