D'Angelo Russell is better than you think he is

We don't want him to be Rondo. In my mind, he's half Chris Paul, half Isaiah Thomas (the first one :potter: )

I don't want him to be Rondo either but it would be nice to have a PG that makes everyone else better around him for a change. We never had to worry about stuff like that before because we had Kobe and he handled the ball a lot. The Triangle doesn't require a great distributing PG and Phil could run the Triangle with that mindset because he had Jordan, then Kobe.

23/5/5.

That's what I envision at his best.

Maybe 21/7
Maybe 30/4

Kyrie , a better prospect, won't average 10 ever

I'll take 23/5/5 anyday of the week. If he averages that at his peak and we have others like Clarkson also getting 5 Assists or so than that is 10 Assists between those 2 players alone. I just want to see crisp/fluent ball movement, a lot of team play resulting in Assists, and Great team chemistry! I think by season 2 Ingram will average 20 points a game and be an All-Star. I can see him averaging around 15 this season.

3Peat he was drafted because ultimately he WILL make everyone better. Like Zeke (the Bad Boy - not the one from Cabin Creek), he will mix opportunistic scoring with respecting his teammates' talent. He's Kobe, he's Magic . . but really he's D'Angelo. Come to think of it, he's a lefty so maybe he has some Logo in him too. Kick back and watch him work.

He's more a combo guard than he is a true point guard. He'll average 4.5 to 7 assists a game

He has to show of his bulge for the ladies :waaaaa: In all seriousness this look is better than having shorts or Jeans hanging halfway down your ass. When I was younger everytime I seen a person white or black with shorts/jeans hanging halfway down their ass it made me LMAO, that look was so ridiculous. I guess that is better than someone dissing the National Anthem though. Standing up for your rights and protesting oppression I get, but dissing the flag isn't the way to go about it, get on TV and get with politicians to protest. A guy like Kaepernick wouldn't last 2 weeks in the military without whining. He is a spoiled brat that makes 12 Million Dollars a year and doesn't even play. Yeah he has it real tough :Nutskick:

I still think the 4th year will be the breakout.

Still very young. Especially in the West.

I think year 3 will be, it wont be this season but this season will still be fun to watch, watching the young guys grow. I think we can win 30 games this season. Next season could be 40+ and maybe an 7th or 8th Seed. I think Russell will be kicking booty in 2018 and Ingram will too.

I really liked what I seen in the Summer League and all I have been hearing is he has worked out all summer. He seems very focused on getting stronger and staying in shape. I think it may take him another year to really blossom but I can see him being Very Good in year 3. I can see Ingram being Very Good in year 2.
