Congrats Craig and Rev, 1 more game to get. That Nats series wore us out but also you guys are better than last season. It's all good we have a Ring and 3 straight NLCS appearances so I have nothing to feel bad about. Coming into the Playoffs we weren't favored unlike last season so oh well. Nats were even favored to beat us.

Craig you need to win it all, knock the Champs out but you have to finish. Had we lost last year I would've never heard the end of it as much shit I was talking all season. Congrats on winning the Pennant though, yeah I am already saying you have it. I know my team and they don't have it right now

Looking ahead. Houston looked tough up until they lost 2 in a row to the spankees. But no matter who we face it won’t be easy winning it all. But I like our chances ;-)

Now the Yanks have to get through Keuchel and Verlander again, which will likely require that they get into a battle of the bullpens, where the Yankees have a clear advantage. Tanaka and Severino are quite capable of holding their own and if Judge and Sanchez have snapped out of their slumps, we may very well see the first Yankees-Dodgers World Series since 1981. Go Yanks!

Ken, I don't think anyone is beating the Dodgers. I am pretty convinced of that now. Their BullPen is unhittable. No team has handled the Cubs like this in 3 years. Having said that good luck tonight, Houston is beatable. Houston reminds me of the Nats = 2 dominant Pitchers and a bunch streaky good hitters.

The Dodgers were the best team in baseball by eons this season, otehr than the one stretch where they took it easy and the Indians had that 22 game winning streak. BTW, the Yankees took care of them and they were arguably better than the Astros, who are two great starting pitchers deep and who have a mediocre bullpen. The Yankees bullpen rivals the Dodgers' bullpen and Severino (outside of one game), Tanaka and CC have been pitching great. The Yanks have a very deep lineup. The problem with the Yankees is that they are inexperienced in the post-season and their young hitters have been struggling until yesterday. I believe the Dodgers would beat them, but they have shown resiliency! Remember, the Bums haven't been challenged yet. If the Yanks get there and put up a fight, anything can happen! Goooooo Yankees!!!

Yeah in Baseball anything can happen. I would love to see a Dodgers/Yankees series so you and Craig and Rev can battle :roflmao:. I am pretty content with 3 straight NLCS's and a Ring as of now because I know we are losing to a better team right now. You cant lose players like Chap, Fowler, and Ross and expect to Repeat that is what Cubs fans that chat on other sites don't understand. That was 3 leaders. Chap was our best Pitcher out of the Pen, when Fowler got on with a leadoff hit we won 90% of every game last season, Ross was our Captain and kept everyone focused.
