Cubs win! Jake 2-0. Very nice 5-1 start by the team.

Fucking Giants. Good team. We light up their new ace Cueto for 5 runs in the top of the first, then let them beat us up over the next 8 innings and lose 9-6.

Cubs have the best record in Baseball. 11-3 so far and taking care of the Cards in St. Louis up 2-0 in the 3 game set. Great stuff.

Yeah the Cubs are looking hot right now . . but the damn 162-game season is so long. The Giants, Cards and Nationals (and my Dodgers) will have something to say about the NL before it's all over.

Long way to go Rev and it is the Cubs but I do think it wont be the same ol Cubs LOL. Cubs, if they stay healthy will be a Playoff team again and I can say that with confidence already. Jake by himself will win 20 games. They did lose last night but they still took 2 out of 3 in St Louis. 11-4 as of now and a 3 game lead over the Cards still.

Cubs lost yesterday but they are up 3-0 today. A win puts them at 14-5, best in the Majors if they win today. They just took 2 out of 3 in St Louis and about to take 3 out of 4 in Cincy.

If the Nationals win that would actually put them at 14-4. Oh well I will still take 14-5. Cubs are now up 7-0 in the 3rd Inning.

The Cubs were projected to have the best pitching staff during the off-season . . looks like they've got a great combination of pitching and hitting and they are officially the team-to-beat in the National League, though my Dodgers get lots of media attention and of course Giants fans and others put a lot of stock in their "even year championship" pattern.

"Behind the Cubs are the Mets, Nationals, Indians and Dodgers, rounding out the top five. However, there are different calculations of the WAR stat. According to Fangraphs, the Cubs have the third best WAR, just behind the Dodgers and Mets."

Reading some of the stuff around the MLB. I guess Jake Arrieta is so Great that some in the media thinks he is taking PED's. Did they ever think the guy might just train hard and eat his Spinach and Wheaties? The MLB should test him then. Cubs haven't won a Championship in over 100 Years and some people are so butt hurt that the Cubs are Great now that they have to come up with funniest stuff! I guess he and Peyton eat the stuff like candy if you are not a fan of there's LMAO.

I have never had this much fun watching Baseball in April! Rarely do I follow it much until July because of the amount of games played. Cubs up 5-0 in the 5th Inning and Jake is pitching a shutout so far. Cubs are just fun to watch! A win puts the Cubs at 16-5 which would be the best in the majors through 21 games. I look at the standings when it's early more than anything and any kind of significant lead the Cubs can get over the Cards I will take it because the Cards are always dangerous. With a win here the Cubs would already be up 4 games. Just have to keep it going. With a win Jake moves to 5-0!

Cubs 16-5. Jake 5-0 and not a damn thing the league can do about it. They can conjure up BS all they want. The media just has to face it, they have to put up with the Cubs dominating this season and they need to be quit crying about it!

Dodgers looked like they were going to build a nice cushion on the rest of the division but in a span of 5 days they let those Gnats buzz right up to them. Don't know if the NL West is the most competitive division or we all just suck!
