Having said that, if the Astros Repeat I would have my doubts that Cubs team could beat this Astros team. If the Red Sox win it all, their 108-54 record would be the best out of any team to win it all this decade and it would be tough to say then they do not have the best team. That is a shitload of wins! The 2016 Cubs still hold that mark at 103-58. The Giants have won 3 WS = 2010/2012/2014 but by my eye test they weren't better than the 2016 Cubs or the 2017 Astros. The 2017 Astros went 101-61. The 2018 Astros are 103-59 and defending their Championship strongly, they made mince meat out of the Indians! None of those Giants teams even came close to 100 wins. The Giants had MadBum and he saved those Giants teams over and over again the Playoffs. Cubs had Arrieta and Lester in their prime though Pitching out of their ass (Chapman too) and Verlander is just downright nasty for the Astros. The Astros whole freakin lineup is a Homerun or extra base Hit waiting to happen much like in 2016 with the Cubs (Bryant and Rizzo)!

To follow this up I have to say after what is going on tonight the RedSox look like a 108 win team!

Sorry about that Kenny and Nuggs. There is always next season. I know the feeling as I got slapped in the face 2 days in row last Monday and Tuesday. Cubs managed to give away the Division and lose a 1 game Wildcard all in 2 days and BOOM SEASON OVER! That is Baseball folks. What is strange is, the player that the Cubs gave away to get Chapman in 2016 was Torres and he blew his chance to be NY hero in the 9th Inning tonight. Damn the only team left that I like in this is the Dodgers now. I don't like the other 3 teams at all.

Go Dodgers! Kershaw baby! It's your time to win a World Series, quit fucking around and close the deal this year! Kershaw deserves a Ring.

Yeah that was a tough loss Rev. Only Game 1 though, get Game 2 and then you have 3 in a row in LA. I wouldn't panic unless you fall down 0-2.

Jason Turner is a classically clutch player. He might have saved us last night if he could have made some contact on that last at-bat, but making up for it with an 8th inning blast is redeeming! A split in Milwaukee is all we can ask for, now we just gotta not choke in L.A.

Yep, got your split. Just win 2 of 3 in LA and I think LA can close it out in Milwaukee with 2 chances to do so. I was glad that the Astros beat the Sox too. Astros went into Boston and took Game 1!

Yeah sorry about that Rev. I can't stand the Brewers either. If the WS ends up being them and the Sox I may not even watch it. I am serious. I hate both teams. If the Astros Repeat I will be ok with it (if they play the Brewers) and will watch it. Teams that lose Game 3 when the series is tied 1-1, lose 80% of all series in Baseball. Dodgers needed this one being at home.

-I was doing some research and the 5 best teams since 1980 record wise to win a WS still remain:
1. 1998 Yankees 114-48
2. 1986 Mets 108-54
3. 1984 Tigers 104-58
4. 2016 Cubs 103-58 *played 161 games
5. 2009 Yankees 103-59
-The Red Sox went 108-54 this season so if they win it all they would tie the 1986 Mets for 2nd best team record wise since 1980 to win a WS.

Gigantic win Rev! The Dodgers went from an 80% rate to losing the series, to now 55% rate. At 2-2 we have a new series. The Brewers still have HFA is the reason why they are still favored but it's now 50/50 in my book. The Dodgers are a team enough to give anyone a heart attack. I thought Cubs were bad at doing that, Dodgers are just as bad! :kingclaphands:

Dodgers are 3 Outs away from going up 3-2 in the series. At that point they would now have an 85% chance of winning the series. What a difference 2 nights make. Being a Cubs fan I hate the Brewers with a passion, they have the rudest fans on the ESPN Chat Threads, trash the Cubs and their fans, etc.. Fuck the Brewers and their fans, they are getting what they deserve. Throughout the season they were the luckiest team I have even seen. They kept winning games by 1 run and winning games with walk offs, their fans think the Brewers are the best thing to ever walk the earth. Just get 1 more win Dodgers and then I can thank you for knocking these clowns out of the Playoffs. :kingclaphands:

Everytime I see Yelich's ugly mug it makes me want to puke, can't wait for him and the Brewers to be eliminated. Hey Brewers fans, Cubs just won a World Series 2 years ago, your franchise has won 0 in their history, how's those apples taste! If you don't have that Ring, it don't mean a thing :waaaaa:

Yelich does look like only his momma could love him :waaaaa:

Go Dodgers! We small-balled our way to a victory over the sleepy Brewers after that extra-innings nail-biter last night! One of two in Beer Town and it's back to the WS! I know it's gonna go to 7 games though :panic: :nervousalot:

I hope it ends in 6, Game 7 would be scary on the road. Go Dodgers! It's your time to get it done in this era is the way I look at it. Get back to the WS and see how the cards play out.

5 reasons why I want the Dodgers to win it all:
1. I hate the Brewers
2. I hate the Red Sox
3. I don't want the Astros to Repeat
4. Rev and Lakers4Life have suffered enough because of last years WS loss
5. Lakers4Life will start Posting again if the Dodgers do win it all :rofl4:
