Cubs win! Magic number down to 3 to clinch the NL Central. Cubs lead Brewers by 1 full game, 3 games left. Hopefully the Brewers didn't drown in their champagne last night celebrating a Playoff berth "lol4:

Well, well, well . . . the NL is just a mess this year, isn't it? Cubs and Brewers and Rockies and Dodgers, oh my! These one-gamers are going to affect the pitching rotations for each team, but you have to send your best out there. The Dodgers and Cubs hold the advantage in that aspect, I think - in addition to having home field advantage. If the Cubs and Dodgers both lose, wouldn't be crazy to see them have to play each other in a one-game Wild Card elimination? The Cubs and Brewers have HFA over the Rockies and Dodgers, but all these teams are good on the road. And the Braves just get to sit back and watch.

My predictions are:

National League:

Dodgers over Rockies for the NL West title.
Cubs over Brewers for the NL Central title.
Brewers over Rockies for the Wild Card spot.
Cubs over Braves in the NLDS.
Dodgers over Brewers in the NLDS.
Dodgers over Cubs in the NLCS.

American League:

Yankees over Athletics for the Wild Card spot.
Red Sox over Yankees in the ALDS
Astros over Indians in the ALDS.
Red Sox over Astros in the ALCS.

Dodgers over Red Sox in the World Series!
(ok, probably not going to happen)

Huge day tomorrow Rev, our teams normally win the Division but I have to give the Brewers credit extending this a bit and being pesky bug :roflmao:. Credit to the Rockies as well, hell we might meet in the damn Wildcard game . Baseball Playoffs are the best, good luck my friend.

Congrats to the Brewers on winning the NL Central :xclaphands: . They beat the Cubs today to win the Division and get HFA throughout. I am a little disappointed but still ok. We still made the Playoffs for the 4th straight season (2015-2018) and have our Ring in 2016. I am confident we will win tomorrow in the Wildcard game with Lester pitching. If we do, then we will draw the Brewers again in the NLDS. It's all good. Go Cubs and enjoy the GREAT 4 season run you have had no matter what happens.

Tonight may be it? Cubs are in a Game 7 situation basically. Lester is pitching vs the Rockies so we will see. Baseball is a game of luck just as much as it is having a Good team. If your favorite team gets the right bounces then you can do this :beavis:. If they don't than it's this :Nutskick:. Cubs have had a hell of a run the last 4 seasons (2015-2018) no matter what happens tonight.

Cubs Resume from 2015-2018:
-Made Playoffs (2015-2018)
-Won the NL Pennant and World Series in 2016
-Cubs have won 60% of their Regular Season games from (2015-2018)
-Jake Arrieta won NL Cy Young in 2015
-Kris Bryant won NL Rookie of the Year in 2015
-Joe Maddon won NL Manager of the Year in 2015
-Kris Bryant won NL MVP in 2016
-Ben Zobrist won World Series MVP in 2016

Well 3Peat, Maddox pulls Lester with the Rockies up 1-0 . . the Cubs need some hits! Freeland looks dominant through 6, and time is running out. Kris Bryant gets a lucky bloop to drop on the missed catch by Dahl! Two men on with one out, and Rizzo immediately hits into a double play!

Both teams 2-16 with RiSP tonight - good pitching, bad hitting, a laborious game tonight . . but credit to the Rockies for playing hardcore these last few days and slittling the Cubs' throats. Milwaukee is going to kill them, ha ha. Hopefully, IDK.

Next up -- Athletics @ Yankees!!

I am in total shock, this reminds me when LA lost to Houston in 1986 WCFinals. Wrigley Field still cant believe it. I am rooting for the Dodgers now to take care of business brother.

I can't even sleep, I can not believe this shit.We have been the best team over the last 4 years and let Colorado beat us. That may be the biggest upset of all-time.

I am just bummed, this hurts. The way were playing we probably wouldn't of got past the Brewers anyway but to lose to Colorado at home is a pretty big upset. When I said biggest upset of all-time I was being a bit dramatic but this bad. I will still watch, Cubs had a Good season, just not Great unfortunately. Good luck tonight Kenny. My before season pick of Dodgers/Yankees in the WS still may happen. When we got rid of Jake I wasn't really feelin another WS win.
