This season is shaping up to be quite competitive and entertaining!

To top it off, the lousy Mets are up 5-1 late vs. the D-bags . . if they hang on, the Dodgers will be one game behind Arizona. We've been putting up a lot of runs in our victories of late, but to escape Bumgardner with a 3-1 win is good enough!
Yanks win, Cubs win, upstart Seattle slips past Boston 1-0 and those surprising Swingin' A's keep winning. I'm looking to hit a Dodger game in L.A., possibly the first weekend in August when they host the Astros in a WS rematch. Kenny if you're in town let's try to drag Craig and Robert (recently friended him on FB) out to get wild with us!

The Cubs' play-by-play announcer (or whoever was doing it for TV) describing a bases-clearing 2-RBI double by Kyle Farmer in the top of the 9th at Wrigley. Joc Pederson got things going on the second pitch of the game, smacking a Home Run to right center. Sorry 3Peat! Hopefully we can ride the wave tonight!
The second half of the double-header is coming up!
