He is under a huge contract up through 2019. If we got him I would jump for joy but I could see no way Bird would give him up not after the bounce back season he just had. I personally would give up our Top 3 pick, Russell and Randle for PG. I don't even think Bird would do that unless the pick is Ben Simmons. Lets say that trade happened, the one I just proposed we would then have to land a Good to Great Free Agent to go with PG because we would've given up our 2 young guys. We would still have Clarkson as well in the mix and a few other Role players. It would be Great to get PG in a trade because he and Durant are really good friends. What if we get both? Both can play the 3 or 4. I would put Durant at the 4 because he's taller if we did trade Randle. How much would you guys give up to get Paul George? because it would take a lot IMO. He is now totally back 100% from his injury and outplayed DeRozan in the Playoffs. Pacers should've won that series actually. This is Bleacher Report reporting this as well LOL.

Let's get back to reality. Larry Bird's not an idiot. He may be happy to pawn The Stiff off on us, but he's not going to lose the centerpiece of his team. Give me a break.

Here's some reality. Larry Bird just let Frank Vogel walk. Prediction: Frank and Brian Shaw are reunited with Phil Jackson in New York.

I know if he trades us Paul George for very little then Bird is really going senile :roflmao: Never know it is Indiana "lol4: Everytime they get a Very Good to Great anything it doesn't last long with the exception of Peyton Manning and Reggie Miller and Miller never won a Championship. Even Andrew Luck struggled last season. The Pacers had something Great brewing with PG, Hill, Lance, West, and "The Stiff" starting in 2012 and that got broke up only after 3 seasons. The way the Pacers started in 2014 they looked like the best team in Basketball. All of the sudden Hibbert loses his game, Lance didn't want to re-sign, and then West leaves 11 Mill on the table to earn a Mill in Spurs land. Leads me to believe that team has had some internal troubles for a while. Now Vogel is history.
