I was at a concert last night handing out a proclamation as Mayor Pro Tem, so I DVRed the Chargers game. Saw highlights, but will see for myself the run of the game today. Hard to know how much to root for my SAN DIEGO Chargers with LA uniforms on...................

This upcoming game at Houston is the Colts season in reality. At 6-6 they have to win and Houston is blistering hot right now with a 9 game winning streak. Colts really have no shot at winning the Division now but can still get that final Playoff spot if they finish the season strong. Ravens are only a game ahead of them at 7-5 and they play at KC this week and still have to play at the Chargers  . So there is still hope after that shocking shutout loss on Sunday at Jacks. Before the season started the Colts were ranked the worst team in the league by ESPN and NFL.com so no matter what happens it's been a fun season watching their young team grow, watching Luck get healthy again. They were projected to win only 4 games by both ESPN and NFL.com, and USA Today had the Colts only winning 2 games by their head Football writer Nate Davis. So the 5 game winning streak and watching meaningful games in December is nice again. The Colts are on the rise again which is nice to watch because I have missed watching them in the Playoffs. They spoiled me for so many seasons with Peyton from 2002-2010 making the Playoffs every year, then Luck made it 3 seasons in a row from 2012-2014 after we took him #1 that it was almost a given we would be in that final 12 teams out of 32 every year. The future looks bright now so my shades may have to go back on :roflmao:. It really hasn't been that many years removed that the Colts played in an AFC Title Game, it was the 2014 Season/in 2015 January, we haven't won a SB since the 2006 Season though.

Colts baby! Now 7-6 and just knocked off Houston at Houston. Tied for the last Playoff spot again! Luck to Hilton is deadly.

I picked a great day to stay home and watch football - some crazy finishes and entertaining wins. The Raiders may have secured their last victory at the Oakland Coliseum with their last-second defeat of Pittsburgh.

Great win by Oakland! I am going to the Colts game next week, a friend of mine got 2 tickets. We are all into it again :roflmao: . See what winning does + we are playing America's team in Dallas who is red hot. Time for the Luck and Hilton show baby! It's Playoff time :kingclaphands:

They may very well be the best team in football right now. Great defense. Winning the close ones against really good to great teams.

Huge Football weekend coming up. The Colts and Ravens are both 8-6. Steelers are 8-5-1. Colts have a home game vs the Giants where they are 10 point favorites, the Ravens play at Chargers, and Steelers play at Saints. Looking wonderful me :roflmao:. A Colts win and even 1 loss by either the Ravens or Steelers, then the Colts will be in the 6th Playoff spot. I can see the Ravens and Steelers both losing actually. Andrew Luck has Comeback Player of the Year wrapped up. Coming into the season the media in general = ESPN, NFL Network, Fox Sports, USA Today, etc. had the Colts ranked as the worst team in the league and us pegged for 2-4 wins. They all are about to eat crow shortly. Their boy Tom Brady looks washed up as well, the Pats look done while Andrew Luck now FINALLY has Great Coaching and an O.Line that is solid to protect him :waaaaa:, it's our turn now baby!

This has been one of the oddest NFL seasons in recent memory. Chargers as a power after ditching San Diego? The Baker Mayfield Era in Cleveland. The Steelers and Patriots showing weaknesses. Amd of course the Jon Gruden debacle. It's going to be a crazy playoffs!

I am thinking a Chargers/Saints SB right now and it wouldn't shock me if the Colts won a Playoff game. I do not want to get ahead of myself and jinx the Colts but they have won 7 of 8 and look a machine on Offense. It is so sweet watching the Pats Dynasty about coming to an end. No way they can beat the Chargers or Chiefs this season in the Playoffs.

Kenny and Nuggs, sorry about the Chargers but they are at least assured to make the Playoffs. Colts need a Pittsburgh loss now to control their own destiny to get in. Pitt does play at New Orleans so I still like my chances. Saints are playing for HFA. Colts have to win as well which is never a given but they should beat the Giants here at Indy.

Luck pulls it out down by 21 points. Colts win 28-27 and the Steelers lose, I am off now until tomorrow night so it is time to party :chug: . Colts are now in the Playoffs if they win next week. :kingclaphands: . What a fun season, Luck pulled a Montana today and just said fuck it, we aint goin like this!

Colts (9-6) at Titans (9-6) will conclude the 2018 Season when they play Sunday night. The winner makes the Final 12 - goes to the Playoffs, the loser is home for the year. We have Andrew Luck, they do not :beavis:. Vegas has the Colts a 3 point favorite.
