I am really starting to wonder if the Brewers are for real? We are half way through June and they keep winning. They are currently at 37-32 with a 2.5 game lead over my Cubs in the NL Central who are 33-33. I am glad the Cards are struggling, they are 4.5 back at 31-35.

HOW BOUT THEM DODGERS BABY!! Bellinger is EN FUEGO and Puig is even coming with guff . . Dem Bums are actually fielding the best lineup in the Majors right now. But we have to put our money where our gloves and bats are and get that Pennant.

Did anybody see Pete Rose today? #DodgersWin

Yeah so far my Cubs are a .500 team and cant seem to catch fire. Still a long way to go but they need to start getting their act together.

Eventhough this has been a heavy Basketball day, it was a great night in Baseball for me. Cubs now only 1.5 back in the NL Central and back above .500. They won and the Brewers lost. Cards continue to stink as well. NL Central Standings as of now - June 19th, 2017 are:
1. Brewers 38-34
2. Cubs 35-34 (1.5 back)
3. Pirates 32-38 (5 back) .457%
4. Cards 31-37 (5 back) .456%
5. Reds 30-39 (6.5 back)

I keep waiting for the Brewers to collapse and for the Champs to get really hot, it may be about to happen?

Cubs won again tonight. Rizzo is kicking ass batting leadoff with his HR's! Montgomery Pitched a shutout tonight as well. Brewers lost too, new standings now as of June 20th:
1. Brewers 38-35
2. Cubs 36-34 (only .5 back now)
3. Pirates 33-38 (4 back)
4. Cards 32-37 (4 back)
5. Reds 30-40 (6.5 back)

Just got a break here at work and seen Cubs just lost, FUCK! 1 game out now. Brewers play later tonight. Just no consistency so far with the Cubs.

It's still only June but the Dodgers are looking fantastic at 47-26 and 1st in the NL West, could this be your year @Craig and Rev? I would be happy for them, I got mine last season with a 103-58 season and beating LeBron's hometown was priceless so if the Dodgers won that would be cool. They haven't won since 1988 so they are definitely due. It would end a 30 season drought without a Championship.

Going into todays play the Cubs are only .5 out of 1st place in the NL Central sitting at 38-36, Brewers are 40-37. With a Cubs win today over the Marlins and a Brewers loss to the Braves, the Cubs would actually be in 1st despite being very inconsistent in this 2017 Season. Hard to believe we are almost through June, this season is flying by! So far the Astros have the best record in the League at 51-25 and are just running away with the AL West. Dodgers are at 50-26 holding the best record in the NL and ride a 9 game winning streak. July will show me quite a bit as that is the month where the teams projected to do good that have struggled come alive and the overachieving teams start to play mediocre. It looks like there is no slowing down for the Astros and Dodgers, so far they both look like last years Cubs/Indians. Bring on July-September so we can start getting real serious about some Baseball!

Cubs defeat Nationals 5-4 at Washington last night. This series is a great early measuring stick for the Cubs. The Nationals are Very Good with a lot of fire power and are running away with the NL East. Nice win last night! Cubs now just 1 game back of 1st place in the NL Central at 39-37, Brewers still in 1st at 41-37.

DODGERS ON FIRE!! Are we peaking too early? This team has been through enough ups and downs over the last few seasons to forge a really serious attitude about winning the NL Pennant. This is going to be an interesting run through the playoffs . . at least we know the Gnats are too far back to worry about!

I think if the Dodgers do it with this core, this should be the year. They will definitely have pressure on them to win it all if they do indeed end up with the best record in the NL. We are just now getting ready to get into the meat of the season = July ball. A lot of things can still happen. My Cubs are now at 39-39 but only 1 game out of 1st place in the NL Central, Brewers still in 1st at 41-39. In Baseball all you have to do is get in and anything can happen at that point. Teams with HFA even lose a lot in Baseball. I have noticed one thing the Cubs have done a lot this season is rest their key players in several games and experiment quite a bit with players they have brought up like Happ for example. Bryant injured his ankle tonight but X-Rays were negative, just a sprain but I bet Maddon gives him the week off LOL. Cubs are just playing around IMO because they know they will win that Division but I will say as of now the Dodgers and Nats both look better than the Cubs. Cubs had a ton of pressure on them last season to get it done and they did, so now we have house money. Pressure is on the Dodgers now IMO as they have been close for a while but have came up short in the Playoffs.

How about that comeback win! Cubs take out mighty Washington down 4-2 in the 9th Inning, win it 5-4. That is the first time all season Washington has lost a game when leading by 2 or more runs in the 9th Inning at home. That is what Champs do baby. Hell we beat them without our MVP Bryant :kingclaphands: Just a half game out of 1st place now in the NL Central. Nice split in the series with them at 2-2, Washington is loaded on Offense and has Good Pitching.

Another miraculous comeback by the World Champs and another collapse by the choking Nats :roflmao:
